Paul Andrew Maugel (aka Paul Andrews) claims that his fiance and him were hit by a drunk driver. Supposedly she was killed and he was very injured. He claims that he sued and is now a millionare. This is all a lie. She is really alive and he has no money. He uses this story to get sympathy. He starts out paying for things and then he claims that his bank account is frozen and begins asking for loans. He is a scam artist. He will take your money, steal your credit cards, and lie to you. He also gets into "car accidents" and tries to get settlements and is always trying to sue someone to get out of working. He is easy to identify because he is 6'8. He is originally from New Jersey and has a slight New Jersey accent. He also has the smallest penis I have even seen. I am not just trying to be mean. It's about the size of a thumb.
